We first met Gianni at the sale of a unit in West Melbourne and were impressed with his honesty and knowledge of the local market. At that stage we were considering putting a unit that we owned in Carlton on the market. Gianni offered to come and appraise our unit for the possible sale. Gianni took the time to understand my circumstances, was responsive and informative and was patient with me throughout the whole journey. He worked with me to met the needs and expectations i needed and not his own. I felt support throughout the whole process which was drawn over a few years due a family law matter.
