Welcome to Hockingstuart

Established in 1985 in Victoria, Hockingstuart is a landmark real estate brand with a reputation for being an innovative industry leader.

Driven by our commitment to a superior client experience and outcomes, our progressive and dynamic approach makes us a brand that never stands still. In 2019 we made our boldest move to date by merging with leading Australian real estate brand Belle Property, joining a national network of premium property brands including Belle Property, Belle Property Escapes, Belle Property Commercial and Belle Property International.

As well as being one of Victoria’s largest and most trusted brands, we are now expanding to the eastern seaboard, opening our first NSW office in 2021 and with plans for more to follow.

The Hockingstuart brand is a trusted name in real estate, with offices located in select areas across Victoria and New South Wales.

Since partnering with Belle Property in 2019 we are now part of a national network with over 170 offices in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory. Despite being physically separated by distance, our offices and agents are united by our network’s shared values of honesty, respect, openness, integrity, and professionalism.

Listings also feature in Sitchu’s national fortnightly magazine alongside high-quality editorial including destination guides, home tours and property advice. Sitchu is available in print, digital and Mandarin versions.
