This is an opinion of the inspection rather than Joyce's performance as a property manager. In the last inspection some of the comments were "Laundry bench required wipe clean" where I clearly think that the aim of the inspections is to verify the condition and integrity of the property, rather than being scrutinized at a dorm in a boarding school. I discussed with Joyce the comments and she kindly explained the situation and the tone of the comments and to feedback the inspection team. As a foreigner, and working for the mining industry as many of expats in WA, we do site visits and some dust / dirt may be left at the laundry room or other rooms in the house. I want to point out that I would definitely recommend Belle properties and Joyce as property manager and my comment is to provide some insight of things that could be improved. Thanks, Rene Mella Cid

The first meeting with Nick was friendly and casual. I was impressed by his open and candid overview of the market. Nick was professional at all times and always punctual with our meetings. Apart from directing me through the sales process, Nick at all times gave an honest appraisal of the market situation. I believe Nick also had the same honest approach with all potential purchasers. Nick was able to gather all market signals and laid it out straight for me to accept a pre-auction offer. The final decision was totally mine with no pressure from Nick. I appreciated the actual market information that Nick analysed and presented to me.

We were so happy with Rob as our agent. He gave us some excellent advice in preparing our house for sale. The contacts he recommended were very reliable and well priced. He kept us very well informed during the campaign and we feel he communicated openly with both us (the vendors) and potential purchasers as well. His advice on the lead up to auction day was spot-on which meant the auction ran more or less as we expected it might. On auction day we felt he had our best interests at heart. We ended up happy with the result we achieved and glad such a lovely family are taking over our beautiful house. The thing that differentiates Rob is that is 100% honest and authentic and you deal with Rob directly, not one of his offsiders.

I had an great experience with Patrick, Myanna & Taj. They were all very helpful during the process of selling my home. They took the time to understand my needs and my property. There was some difficult times with less foot traffic through my home than expected. However the changes made by the agents to adverts and continual contacting of potential buyers helped to achieve a big turnout of buyers on the last inspection day, even though it was raining. Overall I'm very happy with the outcome of the sale and would recommend Belle Property to others.
