Our 5-step leasing and management process

1. Rental appraisal

We’ll meet to discuss your property, outlining current market conditions and how best to present it to attract tenants. We will work with you to establish a rental price aligned with the property’s location, condition and current demand.

2. Preparation

Before presenting your property to market we will advise if any maintenance or compliance issues require attention, along with ways to enhance market appeal, including organising professional photography.

3. Finding tenants

After preparing a tailored marketing programme targeting the right tenants for your property, your property manager will oversee inspections, review tenant applications and check references.

4. Managing the tenancy

Once you’ve selected your tenant we will manage the ongoing tenancy—ensuring rent is paid on time, inspections undertaken and tenant requests managed. We will take care of any maintenance issues, securing your approval before work commences whenever possible.

5. End of fixed term tenancies

Before the end of any fixed-term tenancy we will discuss your available options, including a rent review, tenancy agreement renewal or renegotiation, or where the tenant vacates, overseeing the outgoing tenancy inspection and bond return.
