Sue and her team provided A class real estate advice and management of the sale. Sue is friendly, communicative and professional. She really knows the market and her excellent communication skills make everyone feel at ease. Sue guided me through the steps of this process and achieved a sale at the very first opening! I believe that is because she worked hard in the background to get everything in order and was then well prepared on opening day. Jenny Dwyer was very professional and clearly experienced -she dealt with an uncomfortable situation between the vendors with patience, balance and respect. Her negotiation skills were evident in the final outcome when we were facing a pretty dire situation going forward.

Craig Fogarty went above and beyond. The seller was probably the most difficult and aggressive seller to deal with. Craig got abused regularly for no reason. He took it all and kept it professional at all times. He really earnt his commission on this sales. He did everything possible to assist the buyer at every turn.
