Steve and Mack were friendly and very diplomatic. We had a bit of a false start with our sale as my husband got sick and we had to take the house off the market before we even got started, Steve and the team showed us much compassion and kindness, so when we restarted the process, they were there ready to go again! Jane had a wonderful ‘can do’ attitude from the word go. We wanted to list our home for sale within a week, and she presented us with a schedule to get this done. The reason we chose Jane, was because we could tell that she believed in our property and its ability to capture the mid-one million market.

I am satisfied with this sale overall.
However, I have received quite strong feedback from people around me that a 3.5% commission is quite high in QLD — some even questioned whether it was reasonable.
I understand there may have been room for negotiation from the seller’s side, so I’m not entirely sure whether the commission was set with that in mind.
That said, I trust Mandeep, which is why I was happy to proceed, and I’m pleased with the final result. ^^

I purchased a property in Kippa-Ring, Queensland with Bell Properties. Dianne Clarke and Fiona Moraes made the purchase reasonably painless, considering they were looking after both the seller and buyer.
