We’ve been working with Belle Property for some time now, and while our experience has generally been positive, there have been a few challenges. The team provides valuable market advice and ensures our property remains competitive. However, we’ve had an ongoing issue with unpaid rent increases due to Centrelink payments. Since Myra Koh took over handling our portfolio, she’s done an excellent job of identifying the missed payments and has been proactive in working with the tenant to resolve the matter. Myra also goes the extra mile in finding the best tenants, ensuring that our property is well cared for. Her communication has been exceptional, and we truly appreciate her efforts to address this issue. We hope she continues to manage our property moving forward.

Having been doing a good deal of property viewings from Bega to Braidwood I can honestly say that the young lady I was dealing with from Belle - young Ashley, was extremely professional. We had several real estate members from various other agencies that left us wondering if they were really interested in dealing with us or didn't care if the property sold or not.
