Hi there, We have been so happy with the Belle Property team. They have been responsive and professional whenever we have reached out. When I say I wasn’t happy with the routine inspection, I was referring to no-one showing up on the original date agreed. We didn’t hear anything about it until a second date was requested a few days later. I work from home and had scheduled my meetings to ensure I could allow access. I was selling the house on behalf of my elderly father and I reside overseas, this created a lot of different challenges including getting trades people to bring the property up to code and to a saleable state. I had only a short time in the country so having an agent that could handle the things that I was unable to from a distance and the excellent communication made the whole process a lot less stressful than it would have been. From the moment we began communication with Chris we felt very comfortable and confident. We were very impressed with his strategy for us which was very detailed and clear. Other real estate agents weren't prepared with this, which is ultimately why we chose Chris to be our agent. We were in the loop at all times which made the experience feel like we were working together as a team along with Bianca. There was no issue to get information from them and they were always punctual in all correspondence. This along with their friendly personalities made things very easy and took a lot of pressure off us.
