John is knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, enthusiastic. Having known for some length of time that I needed to move from my semi-rural property and old house, with developers encroaching upon the surrounding area, John took the bulls by the horn so to speak and decided, with my permission, to see if there was any interest in my property (most developers were only interested if they could obtain more than one house so as to enable a large development of the land). The offers came in, but John worked in my interest to ensure I got the best price possible for my property, ensuring at all times to keep me informed as to the progress being made, and guiding and assuring me when things didn't quite go to plan, guiding me and providing support. I had found a new property which suited my lifestyle and John was there to discuss some issues that arose, and finding a solution to assist in the purchase. I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the sale of my property without Sarah Watson from Belle Property.
At the time, I was a single mum with a teenager, struggling personally, managing a mortgage on my own, and had just lost my job. I was already under an enormous amount of pressure, and having to sell my home during such a difficult time felt completely overwhelming.

Hagan has been excellent with his communication regarding the sale of my property and the purchase of a new property. The initial meeting with Costa and Hagan was open and honest and I felt like we were all aligned with the outcomes. In this survey where it referred to agent I’m referring to Hagan as I didn’t have any communication with Costa much after the initial meeting.

Our Agent, Blasi, has been fantastic. When we decided to sell our property in Castlemaine, we were able to arrange a site visit very promptly.
