Grant and Tyson brought an incredible mix of deep market knowledge, absolute professionalism & a tireless work ethic.

Celeste has been absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process of purchasing our new home! She has been friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I am delighted that I elected to go with Sam Fenna as the agent to sell my apartment. Jeremiah was very informative on the various options available in a difficult sales climate. He took the time to explain these options and advised on what he considered the best course of action. Jeremiah provided multiple contacts to assist with adding value to the property on the lead up to the sale and further assisted in negotiating lower prices for the work performed. He showed an understanding of our situation, the local market and was always available to discuss when we presented questions to him. When the initial sales approach did not achieve the desired effect, through his advice, we pivoted to an alternative strategy and achieved a successful sale.
