Laura McAllister is driven to succeed and has a professional insight that’s well suited to her position as our head of Property Management. A property specialist with a passion for real estate in Townsville, her industry knowledge, high-level of customer service and great communication skills make her an ideal fit for a team leader.

Laura brings a very broad skillset to her role, having started her career as a leasing officer and working through the field to become a licensee in charge of a large company. Processing the trust account, she helped create processes and checklists, train staff, upgrade and merge into new software, opened new offices, and has held real estate licenses in QLD, NSW and VIC.

More than 12 years of committed service to the industry has given her expert understanding and a great sense of responsibility to clients who entrust their valuable assets into her care. Laura brings a genuine interest in making a difference to people’s lives by helping clients and mentoring her team.
