Impressive first visit with lots of information. Our agent got us lots of free press coverage. He went above and beyond at inspection time - putting heating on and getting out the blower to clean up outside (we were away!). Geoff contacted me as a follow up from an open house I attended. He made a note of what I was looking for in a new house and was ready with a couple of possibilities within a few days, one of which I purchased. I feel Geoff went above and beyond the requirements of his job in his communications with me to the point of, at my request, measuring the garage in the house I was purchasing (because there was no floor plan available). I felt I could ring him at any time with a query and he would respond promptly with the information needed. I feel he listened to my housing needs and acted on these specifically rather than just bombarding me with "possibilities " that didn't come close. When it came to the contract, he explained it in detail and I felt confident in signing. I would happily come back to hockingstuart for my next sale/purchase.
