Ceri really knows the properties she is marketing. She has a far deeper knowledge of the property, its attributes and, in particular, its garden than any agent I have ever encountered.. Ceri has shown me multiple properties and in each case impressed me with her professionalism and the work she had clearly done to familiarise herself with the property. She is also friendly and patient allowing you the time you need to make a decision. In that time, she makes every effort to ensure you have all the information you may need. I do not respond well to a hard sell - at all - or any slick selling. Ceri does not need to resort to such tactics and can rely on her integrity and professionalism which I greatly appreciated.
