Kelley manages our rental property in Chelsea. She has exceptional communication and organisational skills. Lease renewals, rent increase notifications, maintenance requests etc are communicated to us promptly. Documentation is always completed well in advance and we are very satisfied with Kelley’s management of our property. We live interstate and so have to rely on Kelley’s efficient services at all times
