Stefanie sold our home in Randwick. She was incredibly organised and professional. She provided us with advice on how to present the house, helped us find tradespeople to do repairs before sale, and arranged for the house to be dressed. She was always responsive and calm, which is exactly what you need in an agent when you are selling a long-standing family home. I would recommend Stefanie without reservation.

I have been renting my apartment for three and a half years. Sagar Udipikar my property manager had great communication with me over this period and was always very polite and quick to attend me. I attended some opens for units by Stefanie at Belle Property Randwick and finally bought a 2 bedder on King Street in Randwick via the auction on 28th Oct 2023. As a first-time buyer into strata units, I have very limited knowledge about the process and close to zero experience in auctions. G'day from Adrian; I've used Belle at Randwick to look after my rental unit for about 8 or 9 years now, and I cannot praise them enough. What makes me especially appreciative of the Belle team is that previous to them, the external management of my unit had always been chaotic and stress inducing. I even considered managing the unit myself since I thought 'well, I couldn't do a worse job'. However, once Belle at Randwick took charge such thoughts no longer entered my head. In fact, in all the years I've used them I don't think I've had a complaint against them. Moreover, they have given me invaluable advice regarding tenant queries, and all this has made being a landlord a lot less stressful. So, thank you Belle at Randwick, and especially Sagar, for looking after me so well!

David, Kassey and team have been a pleasure to work with in the process of leasing our apartment. There was a quick turnaround at all stages of the process, including the initial meeting, photos, listing, inspection, and securing a tenant. David is prompt at responding to emails and calls; he is very friendly, easy to deal with, and knowledgeable. We recently engaged the services of David Ibanez at Belle property Randwick to manage our Randwick unit after being let down by our previous agent.From the very first phone call I knew David was the property manager for us and after meeting him in person my husband also agreed.David was positive and professional with excellent communication skills and he went over and above, constantly exceeding our expectations at every turn.It was obvious from the start that David had many years of experience, he was very confident and knowledgeable and he was able to give us great advice on what needed to be done to help us attract a new tenant. Also he had great local trade contacts to help us to repair and refresh our property quickly and without a hassle. Because we had to do a lot of fixing before we could take the property to market we had to speak to a David a lot, especially in the first week. Not once did he ever make us feel that it was too much or that we were a pain.
