Following the initial recommendation of a friend, as true testimony we have engaged Fran Harkin for four real estate tasks over the last 6 years, and after the first experience we have never considered engaging anyone other than Fran and her staff. Firstly she has a skilled and attentive team. She also has exceptional communication skills and knowledge of the real estate market. Our last dealings were for the sale of a penthouse unit in Highett. From the very beginning the assignment went smoothly with us receiving very useful practical advice on all aspects of the sale, which we followed to the letter. The process moved swiftly with the only minor delays being in obtaining necessary material from the local council. Fran recommended a conveyancer who also did an excellent job. The result being that our unit sold on the first inspection, above the price we were seeking. The follow up advice subsequent to the sale was of an equally high standard and our departure from the property went smoothly. At the outset of the project to sell, Fran introduced us to Melissa Philip who was absolutely on the same wavelength as Fran and between the two of them we were able to remain in constant contact. The use of WhatsApp for communications worked excellently and we were always in the picture as the sale process progressed. Despite Belle Property being a very busy organisation, we have always felt we have been their one and only client. VERY Highly recommended indeed.

Jenny was always clear and honest with advice based on facts. She never overpromised or tried to 'win' me with the big sell, or unrealistic goals. That kind of comunication and approach meant that I never got beyond a 1 our of 10 stressed during the sales experience. Sandra communicated in the same way. Always realistic and clear. I was never concerned or worried about what was going on. Sandra hosted the open for inspection that the person who eventually bought my property attended. It was her care and knowledge about the property and the area that I think provided the purchaser the motivation to continue to explore my property as an option.

Both MacKenzie and Stephen were a great help in finding us our property. Right from the start of the campaign, Stephen had organised an early opening for us to view the property because we weren't able to make the scheduled viewings.
When asking about the property, both MacKenzie and Stephen were able to provide info about the property that wasn't easily found in the S32, both in regards to the history of the property and its development potential. They both made us feel at ease about the whole process, and I would highly recommend both as a team.

Agents were so easy to deal with, no pressure at all as a buyer. Melissa was happy to answer any questions and when she didn't have the information available, she followed up with the vendors with my questions and promptly called me back to relay the information. Andrew was fantastic, he just got my house and because of this I chose him to represent me. With other agents I felt like I was a number to add to their collection, or they wanted me to change the colour of the painting, the lighting and rip out cupboards! It was about 4 years age when we first met Andrew or an appraisal on our house. After talking with Andrew we it was agreed to selling the house. Our mother (Emelie) decided to go ahead and appointed Andrew to set up the marketing proposal unfortunately Emelie got cold feet. Emelie passed early this year. As the house was quite big it was too much for one person. It was then agreed that we contact Andrew to see if he would like to organise the sale of the house we can’t speak more highly of Andrew As we now know the sale has gone through and we have asked Andrew to help in finding a place for me to live in. My sister (Apryll) my niece (Hollie) and I (Min) would recommend Andrew as a genuine realtor that listens and advises on how to go about getting the best outcome on there property

I’ll be the first to admit I’m not usually a fan of real estate agents—too many overpromise and underdeliver. But Campbell from Belle Real Estate proved to be in the rare and respectable minority. From our first conversation, he was clear, down-to-earth, and refreshingly honest about the process. He communicated everything in plain English, kept us updated at every stage, and never once made us feel like we were in the dark. He was always available to answer questions, no matter how small or last-minute — and he did it all without the usual salesy spin. What really set him apart was his performance on auction day. It was a tough day, with only 2 bidding parties. But he didn’t give up and ultimately got us the result we were after. It was a high-stress situation, but he handled it with calm professionalism and confidence. 6 months ago we had met Mandy, and Ryan, at an open home which triggered us to have them through our home for an appraisal. We decided the house was not for us and we would not go any further with selling our home until we knew what we were doing. Campbell has a great ability to engage, inform and reassure his customers, although I am sure most would become friends over the process. He was so good at understanding our needs before recommending and customising a pricing and marketing strategy for our house. We had some rather unique family requirements that meant we had to take extra time before marketing our property with any real intent. Campbell completely understood the importance of this to both Deb and I and made sure he kept us abreast of the market while respecting our need for time.
