Working with Sam Inan on our Brighton townhouse project has been a fantastic experience. Out of the four new homes, Sam successfully sold three – and each sale really showed the strength of his approach and network. Very Professional & Knowledgeable Agent. Sam has what few people have and that’s attention to detail and dedication. This trait will have your property looking its best for the sale campaign. The property is part of an owner's corporation. Driveways and open spaces around the units are common property including driveway access to the garages. I was impressed that the common ownership of the driveways was not hidden from me by the agent. They are very up-front about this matter.

It soon became apparent that Sam was exceedingly trustworthy, genuine and hugely energetic and therefore an excellent real estate agent, and, I'd imagine, in a category all of his own.
