Renee has been very helpful in arranging contractors to deal with maintenance issues , communicating all relevant information in a timely manner Advice on changes to rental laws and rental income. Photos and written appraisals always supplied on property inspections. She has included my daughter in email communications so when I'm overseas i can still be contacted. Thanks Renee for all your hard work

Renee has been incredible really can’t talk highly enough about her I’ve never had a property manager with such effective communication skills she’s kind and caring responds straight away to any concerns I have anything that needs maintenance she organises as soon as possible when needed even during the floods when she was dealing with her struggling in flood waters she took my call dealt with my concerns let me know everything needed to know and assured me if I needed help it would be there she is a incredible woman I’m sure belle is incredible proud of her and the way she represents belle property group.

Very positive experience using Belle property to look after my property. Regular property inspections occur on time, every time with good quality photos as evidence of inspection and condition of property. The agent is available to answer any questions I may have or discuss any concerns. The property had a major water leak and the out of hours service was great.
