Martha is a consummate professional and a joy to deal with. Martha handled the lease on our home in Cammeray and got an exceptional result for us that exceeded our expectations. She found for us the perfect tenant from a shallow pool and in a short time frame. This in itself was quite remarkable. A fresh take on Realestate. Martha has made leasing out my property a smooth and easy task. From the initial conversation at the property, which was both honest and constructive, to the business proposal, with a realistic managed timeline, the process was seamless. The standout for me was the honest approach and the upfront management of expectations, this coupled with reporting system I felt that I knew what was happening throughout the whole process. I suppose the best recommendation I could give is, that I would use Martha again to manage a property.
