Kate sold an investment property for us and we were so impressed with her professionalism, good humour and her market knowledge, that we never considered going to anyone else, when, a couple of years later, we sold our house of 54 years. She added empathy to her list. Sometimes I got a bit emotional but she was never too busy to listen and give advice. Technology sometimes became a little challenging, but Kate was always there to talk me through everything. She advised us on a fair price and we sold the house
quickly and smoothly. Kate’s staff at Belle are magnificent as well. Messages were always passed on and answers to questions which they must have to deal with constantly are treated with respect and care. I would recommend Kate Spence to anyone buying or selling and in summing up, she is not only someone I respect as far as business is concerned, I would be very happy to keep in touch and have her as a friend. We have known Jon Brady for many years having lived in Coogee for over 35 years and have come across him on many occasions at Home Opens throughout the area.
As well some time ago Jon was able to get us access to inspect an Apartment even though he wasn't the selling Agent, after I had been unable to get the Agent who was selling it to respond to my enquiries.
On contacting Jon again this time I was taken by this new concept to us of a "Closing Date Sale". We had 3 Home Opens and Jon kept us informed with Property Reports after each one and was able to deliver us a satisfactory Offer on the due date. 😀
His Company has managed our Rental Properties over the years and we have never had any issues.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jon Brady to any prospective Buyer or Seller.

All I can say is I am very lucky this lady ‘Lauren’ looked after the entire campaign.
Lauren made the whole experience worry free, whilst looking after every minor detail that even I hadn’t thought of.

These times are incredibly hard and people are unsure about buying property especially with interest rates on the rise and many other contributing factors.
We didn’t sell at auction but within one day she sold the property, and above what I was asking. Boom 💥 Boom 💥 I was blown away with the end result.
Overall, I am extremely happy.
I’m a difficult client, i’m old, grumpy and disagreeable and want perfection and this lady moved mountains and made everything happen.
I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough.
I’m the first person to give negative feedback or criticism where it’s needed, and I find myself singing her praises.
So; whoever reads this, if you want to sell a house without the stress, hassles, the worry, visit Lauren, and tell her ‘ the grumpy old bastard sent you’
Tell her what you want, walk away and allow her to do the rest.
I can’t fault her. I give her 20 out of 10 if that’s possible or such a thing.
Finally, I would never write a review under any circumstances but her professionalism, attitude, interpersonal skills, communication skills made such a difference without being too corporate orientated, overall she made the whole thing easy and relaxed.. Clearly, I’m still very happy, I’d go so far as to say vote Lauren as prime minister that’s how happy I am. Thank you very much to the Belle team.
