His knowledge of the local area is impressive and he has a very competitive commission rate. John kept us informed over the course of the campaign. He works hard - attended each of the open homes himself including on Sundays, was the one who did all the follow up phone calls to prospective buyers, and also updated us via phone call after each of the open homes. We would definitely use John again if selling in the future.

John was the first agent who came to mind when I made the decision to sell my apartment. I had originally purchased it through him and I loved his attention to detail, transparency, professionalism and knowledge of the market. From the first moment I reached out to John, he made it feel like my apartment was the only property he was selling! He went out of his way to ensure that I was aware and part of every aspect in selling my apartment. He would follow up with potential buyers after the Saturday open houses instead of on the Monday, unlike most agents. John has an in depth knowledge of the market and the area. I was able to trust his expert knowledge which resulted in us being able to receive a price that was much higher than expected. I already had high expectations with John but he exceeded in all areas. If you are unsure of what agent to go with I would strongly suggest John. I had complete trust in him throughout the entire process and it is clear that he goes above and beyond to achieve a great result.

I met with another agent prior to meeting with John. Right away John made me feel comfortable and confident we could achieve a good price. He recommended off market for 1 week to determine interest for the property. The property sold above my expectations and at least $80K above what the previous agent was indicating, and that's not including not having to spend on advertising and all the works the other agent was indicating I would need to do. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent, we had the best experience and can’t recommend John enough.
