Josh was bery professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. His assistant, Bec was very helpful Josh listened to my wishes not to have the house knocked down and a new development created in its place, and proposed a clear plan as to how to achieve that, by spending minimal money to restore the house to have maximal effect. POA worked very well to obtain a maximum price for the house. But not sure I would want to be a buyer at the other end! The house sold in 1 month at a very good price and I am very happy with the process and the outcome.

And the styling as recommended by the stylist worked really well. He organised the contractors, and the finance to pay for them. This relieved a lot of the stress in preparing the house for sale. Daniel Hindmarsh was the agent on the property i purchased at 9 Maralinga Ave, Elanora Heights NSW 2101 - he was great to deal with and after an unpleasant experience with agents on a different property at another agency, this process was a breath of fresh air. Josh and Luke and team were prompt to respond to enquiries. They provided information as to services I may need to get to the open home stage. For me personally I probably needed a little more checking in in the before open home stage given that I am an older person on my own and the last home I sold was around 2006 :). However I did have the opportunity to discuss this with Josh and my feedback was received in an open manner I came across a number of agents in my time of visiting open homes and Josh conveyed honesty and trustworthiness and having gone with him this was demonstrated This was definitely not the sense I gained with all agents. Chyna, Greg and Tanesha at Belle Property did a fantastic job in selling our home for a great price in Avalon Beach in a very short 2.5 week marketing period. We chose to list with Belle because Chyna phoned to check in on our plans and provide a market update every 6 months for about 3 years. We loved the personalised service and regular status updates provided by the Greg and Chyna throughout the process via formal reports, phone calls and WhatsApp. Greg did a fantastic job of marshalling interested buyers through the negotiation process and finalising the deal well prior to auction. What impressed me most were the rapid responses from both Luke Burgess & Sam Griffiths to any & all queries I had during the whole selling process, either by phone or text. Any seller needs their agent to reply promptly, as selling can be a stressful operation, so reassurance about any issue is important. The 'Opens' were punctual, and I received feedback the following day, in great detail, from Luke about the potential buyers' backgrounds. I think Luke has a gift in extracting information from potential buyers, as the feedback was very detailed. Given the market at present for apartments, and the fact that there were remedial issues to be resolved in my Building with special levies, I am content with the result achieved. Sam also was always reassuring too and helped in other ways, such as liaising with the buyer about possibly purchasing any of my furniture. He went the extra step to be helpful. I was very impressed with this whole process. Agents Karen and Matt were friendly and professional but not pushy and accommodated my requests for a private viewing quickly. I found them to be transparent and on the night of the auction, Karen really helped me to feel comfortable - it was my first auction. The auction itself was a great experience - I enjoyed watching a few properties sell before my listing came up, so I could get the hang of it. Despite a busy environment, I felt seen and also my hearing disability was acknowledged and accommodated for. The auctioneer was so good at his job, on the ball and again, transparent. Overall a good experience from the initial meeting through to Auction day and successful sale with a good result. The support, advice and guidance provided by Daniel and Luke great and their empathy and understanding of the emotions a seller goes through was commendable. Only 2 aspects of the sale process that we weren't completely comfortable or happy with were 1) the price guide being much lower than the what we would ever accept and below what the eventual sale price was - I appreciate the strategy behind it however I feel a large proportion of prospective buyers were never in the game so it was a waste of their time and also didn't give a real picture of actual genuine prospective buyers. There is also the possibility that potential buyers with a bigger budget may have overlooked our property thinking at the price guide it wouldn't be up to the standard they're looking forward 2) The Auctioneer - very disappointing. Felt like he just wanted to get this thing over and done with as quick as possible and get the hell out of their. Auction process extremely rushed and the Auctioneer did not even have the courtesy to either pop in to say hello before auction, or congratulations afterwards - 30 seconds is all it would have taken and he couldn't be bothered
