Thank you to Clinton, Jonathan and the team. They are professional, hardworking and fantastic to deal with. We sold our property through Belles Real Estate only to have the contract of sale fall over due to the buyers being unable to secure finance approval. This meant that the property was vacant for 3 months and no buyer. Clinton and the team at Belles continued to operate with integrity consistently over the campaign and through their hard work were able to secure the sale of the property. This required several different hoops that had to be jumped through to attain the deal. We've bought and sold multiple properties and Clinton was hands-down the best agent we've ever used. He is head & shoulders above any other agent on the Redcliffe Peninsula. We met with 3 of the top-rated local agents, but Clinton's expertise, professionalism and confidence in our local real estate market made a difficult decision much easier. He had our property listed and live in a matter of days, hitting the market just in time for an eventual sale in early December. His team produces outstanding online ads and photos, and our listing consistently appeared in 'prime position' online, even after 3 or 4 weeks on the market. Tweaking photos, trying something new for an open home, or editing the listing was never a hassle for Clinton or his team. Our initial impression of Belle when we started looking at houses was gruff agents, but it improved later, perhaps after it was realised that we were serious buyers. The "silent tender" process came across very stern and rigid. The agent was much more friendly and helpful when our bid turned out to be very competitive, and eventually accepted after brief negotiations.
