When we interviewed various agents to sell our property we were very impressed with Dan's level of preparation, his clear communication and the articulation of his suggested sell strategy for our property. He was prompt, reliable, had extensive credentials and was relatable. Whilst our initial strategy did not prove to be successful, in most part due to the declining market, he made himself available to quickly meet in person and discuss alternate options. The team around him, specifically Phoebe Moore, were great ambassadors of the Belle brand and provided us reassurance that we were in good hands.
