Clare is a Junior Asset Manager. Over the past three years, she has gained extensive experience in residential property management, where she successfully managed a portfolio of residential properties. As a residential property manager, she was responsible for a wide range of tasks, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, property maintenance, vendor management, and financial reporting. She developed strong communication skills that helped her to build positive relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors, and to manage conflicts and disputes effectively.

Clare wanted to broaden my horizons and explore new opportunities, which led her to transition into being a commercial asset manager. Over the past year, she has gained a wealth of experience in managing retail, office, and industrial properties.

Clares experience in residential property management has proven to be an asset in her transition to commercial asset manager. The knowledge and skills that she developed in residential have helped her to better understand the needs and expectations of tenants and owners in the commercial real estate market. It also has allowed her to become a well-rounded manager who can effectively manage properties of all types.
