Kate (Kyoko) has an extensive background in Sales and Property Management, both residential and commercial, and has been in the Real Estate industry for more than 20 years. She has strong negotiation skills and market knowledge to help her clients with one of their most important life decisions. 

Kate is friendly, caring and honest and always delivers professional customer service. She has a belief in building relationships with owners, buyers, renters and trade suppliers and is the key to delivering the best results for her clients.  Kate also has many years of trust accounting experience, providing an important role for our clients’ trust accounting at Belle Property Glen Waverley. Kate has previously worked with hockingstuart for many years and is excited by the merger with Belle Property to create Australia’s premier real estate brand.  

A resident of Melbourne for over 30 years. Kate is conversant in both cultures and traditions of Japan and Australia which has on many occasions proved to be a distinct advantage. She enjoys the benefits of mixed culture, spending time with friends and family, food and travel.
