Leanne Porter has been specialising in real estate since the late 1980’s and during that time she has provided invaluable advice to countless property owners and consistently achieves results that far exceed their expectations.

A local resident since 1970, she understands exactly what makes this beautiful part of the world so appealing. She has seen the development of the bayside into a world class lifestyle location and knows what makes an area or a property worth that bit extra, just as she knows what small improvements you can make around your property to maximise your return.

A strategic thinker, Leanne enjoys working with people and works hard to make their real estate experience as pleasurable and as stress free as possible. She believes the key to a smooth process is communication – “when someone is selling their home, they need to know exactly what is going on with their sales campaign – How many buyers are interested, what they think of the property and what they believe it is worth. They need to know what’s happening in the local market as well so that when the offers come in, they can make an informed decision to accept one or ask me to negotiate further”.

Leanne has a strong affinity with the community having been a major sponsor of the Mt Eliza Redlegs for approx. 7 years and has also supported the Bowls Club along with donations to various charities such as Peter McCallum Cancer Clinic, Lost Dogs Home, Royal Flying Doctors Service, Animals Australia, The RSPCA, and Diabetes Australia to name just a few.

Leanne’s interests include horse riding, live theatre, 4 gorgeous grandchildren, cooking and entertaining at home and trying out different restaurants, especially the wonderful wineries dotted along the Mornington Peninsula.
