Michelle is Belle Property Doncaster East’s Office Manager. Michelle develops and implements organisational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity for the office, our principal, partners, agents, and clients. She manages the team to ensure smooth operations of checklists, daily tasks which includes staff set up’s, pre-sale, during and post-sale tasks.

Michelle is the exceptional right-hand to the agents in Doncaster East and it takes the right hands to deal with all matters of organising, coordinating, and delivering exactly what the team needs to facilitate the best client experience. She settles in all the team members and ensures they are supported and creates a strong foundation.

With over a decade of experience in management and client liaising, a degree in Communications, we can count on Michelle to be the go-to person for the team. She plays a vital role and understands the importance of first-class client satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality communications.

Michelle is a passionate cornerstone of Belle Property Real Doncaster East. Additionally, she takes great satisfaction in frequent business meetings with the principal and partners, constantly seeking ways to enhance the agency's operations, vendor satisfaction and promoting our branding in Manningham and beyond. Michelle celebrates all the offices wins and is excited to see what the future holds for Belle Property Doncaster East.

Away from Real Estate, Michelle is a proud mother to three children and enjoys spending time with her family, her two Russian Blue’s, reading books and is a passionate foodie.
