Mat Moulton

After spending many years living and working overseas in England, Canada and the USA, Mat Moulton returned 15 years ago to commence his career as a real estate agent with Acton in the South West. He specialises in selling residential and semi-rural property, and works hard to build strong relationships while guiding people through selling their home or investment.

Prior to real estate, Mat enjoyed years of sales experience working with Bankwest and several companies overseas in the ski and travel industry. He is excited to see how the South West is evolving into a fantastic tourism destination, and prides himself on having super high standards and a thorough process that leads to exceptional results. Mat is also heavily involved with the Busselton Local Organising Committee which supports the annual Busselton Ironman each year, co-ordinating the event’s finish line from a volunteer point.

Mat has a well-rounded skillset and a talent to put people at ease during what can sometimes be a stressful situation. His in-depth understanding of the local property scene comes from a solid appreciation of real estate and the fast-growing local market.
