Martine Hedges

For over 13 years, Martine has been an integral part of the success and stability of our asset management team. Throughout her 18 years in asset management, she has never once had to go to court to recover monies from tenants. For someone who has managed hundreds and hundreds of properties for rent, it's quite an achievement and is a tribute to her negotiating skills.

Martine has a comprehensive understanding of real estate in Mandurah and the surrounding suburbs, having lived locally for many years. Her experience, personality and talent make her the ideal person to be running our asset management team.
