The communal garden serves as the heart of Justin Avenue, featuring vegetable patches, outdoor seating, and other amenities that promote community engagement by encouraging interaction with neighbours. Plants are sustainably selected to suit the Australian climate, which reduces water consumption by minimising irrigation requirements. Situated thirteen kilometres north of the Melbourne CBD and merely fifteen minute drive away from the Tullamarine airport, Glenroy is home to a mix of different cultures, contributing to a vibrant and inclusive neighbourhood. The area features a range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, providing convenient options for daily needs and dining experiences. Also a short walk away is the Glenroy Train Station, which makes commuting to the Melbourne CBD and other surrounding suburbs a breeze.
