In her previous role with environmental services company Veolia Australia and New Zealand, she was responsible for budgeting, management accounting, forecasting, business improvement projects and team management. She brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record as a successful team leader who inspires her staff and get the best possible results.

Working in the property arena gives Bessie the opportunity to draw on her business background and apply it to the fast paced environment of real estate sales. She spent six months working at Inspire Real Estate as Operations Manager, focusing on office management accounting, general administration and team management. This role gave her the chance to optimise business efficiency and prove to herself that she was up to the challenge of working in one of the fastest growing agencies in real estate in Adelaide.

She is known as an honest, easygoing and hardworking professional who is always approachable and focused on getting the best outcome for her team and her clients.
