Rex Sam walked the extra mile by giving us a video call to do an online inspection. Although we were not seen to be the typical keen buyer, Rex spent the time responding to our queries in WhatsApp and gave us follow up calls on time to assure we were not forgotten among the other prospective buyers. Rex also introduced to Ricky Chan of his team who can speak Cantonese to help our auction on the day. Given that we did the auction only over the phone, ensuring accurate capture of the bidding was not easy. But with the help from Ricky speaking our first language, it helped so much. The whole process was an excellent one. One thing worth to note, two years ago we sold our property in Marsfield using Daniel Lee/Eva Xu's team. That was also an excellent experience. The Epping Belle team is really the best agent in the region.
