Sales - Sales Admin Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinate signboards (up and down) for properties, liaising with contractors as needed.
• Order magazines (e.g. Sitchu) and ensure they are available for clients and the office.
• Collect and organise owner details for the release of deposits.
• Liaise with the finance team to track sales and settlements, ensuring all payments are processed on time.
• Follow the office's file checklist to ensure all sales-related documentation is complete and up to date.
• Upload open times in Agent Box and keep all calendar events up to date.
• Prepare open boards and materials for open houses and inspections.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Follow up with clients post-sale for feedback and future leads.
• Be proactive in identifying any administrative gaps and implementing processes to improve office efficiency.
• Keep office tidy and water plants.
Goals:
• Ensure all admin tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to support the sales team.
• Keep track of key dates and ensure no tasks or deadlines are missed.
