About the role:
Hockingstuart Bankstown is looking for a receptionist candidate that possesses a professional demeanour, excellent typing ability, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
 
As Receptionist your primary duties will include greeting customers and clients when they arrive, keeping an appointment book, providing direction and assistance and answering phone calls in a helpful manner.
 
You will also be responsible for:
  • Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them
  • Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building
  • Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller’s needs

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and ethical approach to customer service
