Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular, close contact with current clients and tenants.
• Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties
• Conduct periodic inspections of managed properties
• Prepare ingoing/outgoing condition reports
• Deal with all correspondence in relation t the portfolio of properties managed
• Conduct rent reviews in accordance with clients requirements
• To conduct the role of a Property Investment Manager in a competent and professional manner
• To provide support to the team and others within the business as required.

Successful candidate will have:

• Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Current Drivers License and own car, which must be comprehensively insured at all times
• Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
• To maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company values and standards
• Local area knowledge is a distinct advantage and should be improved at all opportunities
• Advanced computer skills; particularly in Excel, Outlook, Word, social media platforms, and Agentbox (training will be provided).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to get involved in a wide range of tasks, take initiative and think proactively.
• Be comfortable & confident dealing with clients including CEOs and industry business leaders.
• Process driven, proactive and with impeccable organisational skills.
