Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and lead generation for new business
• Develop and maintain database
• Conduct open homes
• Work with the team to review and process lease applications
• Conduct market updates
• Ingoing inspections

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Driver’s licence and reliable car
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration
