Responsibilities include:
* Actively prospecting, sourcing and securing new business opportunities to grow the rent roll.
* Conducting professional appraisals and listing presentations.
* Building and maintaining a prospective client database with consistent follow-up to convert leads into appraisals and listings, including collaborating with other departments for referrals.
* Negotiating fees and working with the team coordinator to prepare all required documentation for new listings.
* Representing the agency at open homes to enhance brand awareness.
* Opportunity to attend auctions and events to network further.
* Upholding compliance with legislation and delivering exceptional service to clients.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven Real Estate experience as a BDM or in a sales role, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong negotiation, communication skills, and professional presentation.
* A Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or 2) and up to date CPD.
* A current driver’s licence, and reliable car.
* Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
* A results-driven, proactive approach and the hunger to succeed in a competitive environment.
