Michelle Stubbings

An integral part of the Belle Bondi Junction team since 2015, Michelle’s role as Operations Manager is to build and grow the business from within and make the frontline operate smoothly and efficiently. With over a decade of industry experience behind her, Michelle has honed her skills across the entire property spectrum from management and corporate real estate to marketing and sales assistant roles.

Highly driven and hardworking, she thrives on the excitement of real estate and her expertise and exceptional organisational abilities have led to her position evolving to a client liaison role. A natural ability to forge lasting relationships with clients combined with her multitasking skills deliver a level of service that goes well beyond the norm. As well as training and mentoring agents, Michelle’s dynamic role sees her implementing intelligent operations systems and streamlined procedures to ensure that the office runs like a well-oiled machine.

A team player with a can-do attitude, Michelle believes that a collaborative approach is essential to creating maximum value and reach. Fundamental to a successful campaign is creating compelling marketing collaterals delivered to a targeted audience and Michelle is on hand to advise and assist clients with preparing a property and showcasing it in its most favourable light. Her ability to organise the preparation of a home for sale from cosmetic revamps to full-scale renovations in short timeframes enables clients to achieve the best possible outcome in a stress-free and cost-effective way. Serving as conduit between client and agent, Michelle is a joy to deal with and is always on hand to navigate a seamless experience from listing through to settlement and beyond.
