Dalyellup

When Dalyellup was developed in the early 2000s, it was promoted as ‘A village in the forest by the sea.’ The catch-phrase still rings true for this seaside suburb with approximately 100 hectares of pristine tuart forest in the Usher-Dalyellup Regional Park.

Offering affordable coastal living, the 9,000+ residents have the choice of several excellent schools, a shopping centre, specialty stores, cafes, Gravity ETC trampoline centre and Capel Golf Club. But what it's really all about in this sleepy suburb is the slow pace with kilometres of sandy white beaches, the foreshore, forests and hectares of parklands with playgrounds and walking trails.

Situated in the Shire of Capel, and 176km south of Perth, the locals have easy access to the many amenities of Bunbury, approximately 10km away, including a hospital and Edith Cowan University. Bunbury offers many tourist attractions such as bars, restaurants, street art, Koombana Bay, Leschenault Estuary, the Dolphin Discovery Centre, Blackwood River and the Geographe Wine Region.
