Just 14 kilometres south-east of the heart of Perth’s CBD, Booragoon’s proximity to the Canning River ensures this highly desirable suburb is perfect for families.

Booragoon is the Indigenous name for the lower reaches of the Canning River and is moments from the river and Booragoon Lake, where there are kilometres of walking and cycling trails. Within 15 minutes, the residents can be at the port town of Fremantle via Leach Highway or in the heart of Perth’s CBD via the Kwinana Freeway or the Bull Creek Train Station.
