Samantha O'Regan

Eastern suburbs-born and raised, Samantha O’Regan is certainly a fixture of the area she knows best. She began her career in real estate 11 years ago, beginning in customer service and accounts until she made the organic transition into property management where she has since found her stride and niche.

Samantha’s clients consistently rave about her approachable yet tenacious nature. She adeptly balances relationships while achieving outstanding performance which is made evident in her high yields and low vacancy rates. As Rental Department Manager of hockingstuart Ringwood, Samantha says, “I love the diversity of the job. Every day is exciting, I’m continuously learning and I love helping people take care of their investments.”

The world of property management has evolved greatly in the last decade, and with it so has Samantha’s business acumen, network and expertise. She touts much of her success to the incredible network of relationships she has built in Ringwood and throughout Victoria. “The office is great - we all have the same goal and want to work hard however are always able to stop and have a laugh.
