Following a successful career as a professional basketball player, Mark Watkins found a natural fit for his competitive spirit in real estate. He has a very easy-going character, but is also passionate and highly motivated, and always focused on getting the best result for his clients.

After 26 years in the real estate industry, predominately in the Mount Waverley area, he's now Principal Director and Auctioneer at Belle Property’s Mount Waverley office, and is still driven by a strong desire to be the best.

Mark was attracted to Belle Property by its strong network of companies, clever marketing strategies and reputation for premium customer service. But the allure of real estate has always been about people, and he uses his strong negotiation skills and market knowledge to help them with one of their most important life decisions. His aim is to form strong lifetime relationships, and he gets enormous satisfaction by making people happy and looking after their biggest asset.
