Johnathan Julius brings a strategic and considered approach to his role as Agent Assistant to Scott Fletcher at Belle Property Mount Lawley.

With a professional background in advertising across the Asia Pacific region, he has developed strong skills in campaign strategy, stakeholder management and content production. This experience informs the way he approaches property, with a focus on clear communication, structured campaign preparation and thoughtful presentation.

Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, Johnathan can connect with a diverse range of clients and contributes to a smooth and well managed experience throughout each stage of the sales process.

Outside of work, Johnathan is actively involved in the local community, coaching his children’s floorball team within a neighbourhood league, and also plays football in the local Masters League.
