Within only one year from joining the real estate sector, Lidia has already led the team to success, spearheading the lowest vacancy rate on the company’s largest portfolio of properties. Ready to take on further challenges in her leasing and sales role at Belle Property, she is excited to work with a variety of businesses across the Northern Beaches, from large enterprises to small-scale trade.

With a keen eye on future infrastructure development and upgrades for Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Lidia predicts a real boost for our local area as well as a higher demand for offices and commercial spaces.
