Eve McAlea brings a calm, organised and people-focused approach to her role as Client Services Manager and Executive Assistant to Monica Carollo, playing an integral part in the seamless day-to-day operations of Team Carollo. With a strong background in fast-paced environments and a passion for delivering exceptional service, Eve ensures every client experience is handled with care, efficiency and attention to detail. Aligning strongly with Team Carollo’s values, Eve is deeply committed to genuine care, meaningful relationships and delivering a high level of support throughout every stage of the property journey.  

Holding a Bachelor of Media and Communications, Eve combines strong communication skills with exceptional organisation and relationship management to support clients throughout every stage of the sales process. Warm, approachable and highly organised, she understands the importance of her role during what is often one of the most significant and emotional milestones in a client’s life, ensuring every interaction is met with professionalism, empathy and genuine care. Her positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure make her a trusted point of contact for both clients and the wider team. 

Having spent much of her life on the Lower North Shore, Eve has a genuine appreciation for the area’s strong sense of community, beautiful homes and lifestyle appeal.
