Kate Spence is a licensed real estate agent and respected member of the Nepean and Blue Mountains community. With a deep passion for real estate, Kate transitioned from a successful 20+ year career in corporate sales to become a licensed real estate agent in 2015, and she’s never looked back!

Outside of work, Kate is busy wrangling her two wonderful sons, Lachlan and Ben, who both attend a local primary school. Kate is also an active supporter of local businesses and a proud member of the school P&C. In her downtime, she enjoys the beauty of fresh flowers - especially orchids - and spending time with her mischievous cocker spaniel, Ollie.
