Together, Sally and Sean share a love affair with real estate, having undertaken many property projects over the years. They have now entered their most significant real estate partnership to date in 2021 as Co-Principals of Belle Property Hope Island. While Sally’s focus is on sales and talent acquisition, Sean leads the office’s marketing, operations, property management, and turnkey services.

Together with his family, Sean moved to Australia in 2013. Supporting his wife, Sally O’Neill, as she grew her reputation as one of Australia’s top real estate agents, he worked across Australasia, managing large teams at corporate and site levels on multi-billion-dollar projects. In this time, he also completed both his MBA degree and an Australian construction diploma.

He started his career in the building industry at just 16 years old, acquiring multiple accolades. He bought his first property at just 19 years old. In his 20s, he became one of the European oil and gas industry’s youngest operations managers and established two successful construction companies – one focused on commercial and government building works and the other on domestic renovations, property management and repair services.
