Holly Kerr

Born and bred on Sydney’s North Shore, and having worked in the area since she was a teenager, Holly Kerr is truly at home as a Leasing Consultant for Belle Property. Dedicated to achieving her goal to work within the real estate industry, Holly felt gaining experience as a Leasing Consultant would be an invaluable introduction and is thrilled to be part of such a highly regarded and successful team.

Previously working within the Hospitality industry for Hamilton Island Enterprises, both in the Sydney office and on the island, Holly has developed excellent interpersonal and organisational skills as well as an admirable attitude to hard work. As part of her pivotal responsibilities within Leasing, Holly conducts open homes, processes tenants’ applications and receives and deals with their deposits. Through these channels, Holly meets a vast and varied range of people every day, something she says she especially enjoys.

Most recently, Holly has gained her Bachelor of Business Marketing at the International College of Marketing School (ICMS). Equipped with a high level of marketing expertise and insight, she says that she chose to work at Belle Property due to how expertly they project themselves “as a brand that values hard work” and as a company that cleverly maintains its “image as being high end and sophisticated”.

Determined to perform at the highest level possible, Holly looks forward to an exciting and rewarding career within a supportive and dedicated network of colleagues here at Belle Property.
