Born and raised in the vibrant city of Sydney, Brendan Murgatroyd made the exciting move to the picturesque Newcastle Region, driven by his passion for real estate. With a diverse background in the fitness industry and a remarkable three year stint as the entertainment director at a renowned summer camp in Los Angeles, Brendan brings an infectious energy and charisma to the Belle Property team.

For the past 5 years, Brendan has been proudly serving the community as a dedicated real estate agent. He has settled into his core area of Cooks Hill, Bar Beach, Hamilton South and The Junction where he has developed a deep appreciation for the rich history of the homes and the neighbourhoods. Brendan’s passion for real estate is evident in his impressive achievements including record-breaking sales in Hamilton South and Lakelands, as well as a monumental $10 million dollar sale in Speers Point in collaboration with Anthony Di Nardo.
