Belle Property Port Macquarie is a boutique residential sales agency, proudly part of the wider Belle Property network. Led by Principal Sue Jogever, our office is built on premium service, local knowledge, strong client relationships and a genuine connection to the Port Macquarie-Hastings community. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Associate to join the team and support the next stage of our business.

We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, well-presented and reliable, with a genuine interest in real estate, property and the Port Macquarie-Hastings community. Previous real estate experience is not required. What matters most is the right attitude, communication style, presentation and willingness to build a long-term career in real estate.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertake sales tasks relating to the sale of properties including prospecting, conducting appraisals, listings and open for inspections.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
- Organise and conduct open homes and private inspections.
- Identify, qualify and categorise contacts in the CRM system, ensuring contact information, ownership records, notes and follow-up tasks are kept accurate and up to date.
- Attend all internal training and meetings to develop a thorough understanding of Belle Property standards, real estate processes and compliance requirements.
- Comply with the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW), associated regulations, and all applicable NSW real estate industry requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
- A current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration
- A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills of a high standard
- Demonstrated organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the perseverance to achieve goals
- Full of energy and genuine desire to learn and commitment to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships
- Corporate, professional presentation
- As Saturday open homes are a key part of the role, flexibility around Saturdays is essential.
