Our rapidly growing multi-office agency on Sydney’s Lower North Shore is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, and we're looking for a talented Lead Generator to join our team.

You will play a crucial role in our growth by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospective landlords, sellers and buyers, making your role instrumental in shaping our company's success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Engagement: Build rapport and create interest in our services.
  • Lead Qualification: Gather essential information and qualify leads for our sales team.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospect information in our CRM.
  • Performance Tracking: Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the new business and sales teams to optimise lead generation efforts.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to stay focused, overcome objections, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to collaborate and support team goals.
  • Motivated by performance incentives and driven to exceed targets.
  • Previous experience in a similar prospecting or telemarketing role is a plus but not essential.
  • A valid real estate licence essential.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays.
