About the Role
As our Concierge / Front of House, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and contractors, ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional service Belle Property is known for.
You will play an integral role in the day-to-day operation of our office by:
• Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls and enquiries
• Coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining presentation of reception and common areas
• Providing administrative support to our Property Management and Sales teams
• Assisting with office organisation and daily operations
• Coordinating office functions and client events
• Building strong relationships with clients while delivering outstanding customer service
• Supporting a positive, collaborative office culture
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in reception, concierge, customer service, retail or a similar front-of-house role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
• A professional presentation and positive attitude
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using technology
• A genuine passion for customer service and relationship building
• Event coordination experience (desirable)
• Certificate IV qualification (preferred)
