Join an Award-Winning Team reporting directly to Michael Gallina, one of Belle Property's top-performing and award-winning agents. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-energy, high-growth team servicing the Gladesville, Tennyson Point and Putney markets.

As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with Michael and his expanding team, supporting all facets of the sales process from listing and buyer management to prospecting and day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while learning from one of the best in the industry.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and eager to develop into a standalone sales agent. You’ll gain hands-on experience, structured development, and exposure to a top-performing team that is committed to excellence and growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the sales team by managing buyer enquiries, conducting timely follow-ups, and nurturing leads throughout the campaign.
  • Support listing campaigns by preparing high-quality marketing materials, coordinating open homes, and attending inspections.
  • Conduct database calls, letterbox drops, and consistent community engagement to strengthen brand presence in the local area.
  • Accompany agents to listing presentations, property appraisals, and key client meetings.
  • Manage essential administrative tasks, including CRM updates, document preparation, and end-to-end campaign coordination.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, door knocking, and networking activities.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, communication, and customer service in every interaction.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration (or be in the process of obtaining one)
  • 12 Months experience within a real estate sales team
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Saturday, with a rostered day off during the week
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and a genuine willingness to learn
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in real estate
