As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, delivering an outstanding experience for both landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and Belle Property's high service standards.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Manage a residential property portfolio from end to end.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears and tenancy matters.
Prepare tenancy documentation and maintain accurate property records.
Ensure compliance with NSW Residential Tenancies legislation and agency procedures.
Prepare documentation for NCAT matters when required.
Conduct rental appraisals and contribute to the continued growth of the property management portfolio.
Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Belle Property brand professionally.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in residential property management.
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or higher).
Current driver's licence.
Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Outstanding organisation and time management.
A proactive approach to problem solving and conflict resolution.
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Experience using property management software (PropertyMe experience is highly regarded).
Professional presentation, a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service.
